On 14th June 2023, Fair Civil Justice (FCJ) was delighted to hold our second quarterly meeting. We were joined by dozens of industry leaders from a broad range of sectors for a lively discussion on the changing landscape of the UK civil justice system.

We discussed the impact of increased litigation on business, consumers, the public sector and the wider British economy. Conversation then turned to the lessons the UK can learn from policy developments in the European Union, with a focus on the European Parliament’s proposed safeguards for third-party litigation funding.

Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting and shared insights and their experiences.

If you are interested in learning more about the work of FCJ, please get in touch with our Executive Director, Seema Kennedy.
